Please note a credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. Shoji accepts Visa or MasterCard only.
Help us keep our Spa a sanctuary of tranquility, relaxation and privacy. Please respect other Spa guests by refraining from use of music in our hot tubs and using cameras and cell phones while in our Massage area. We encourage you to “unplug” during your visit and also ask that you speak softly or simply enjoy the silence.
Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your visit within less than 24 hours of the appointment time, we Charge FULL PRICE for All Scheduled Reservations.
24 Hours notice is required for rescheduling.
We have a 30 day cancellation policy.
Shoji Spa & Lodge has four unique accommodations. We charge In Full at the time of scheduling your reservation.
Cancellations require a Full 30 days or more to qualify for a Full Refund. With a cancellation of 15 to 29 days prior to your stay, Shoji will provide a 50% refund. Should you cancel or change any portion of your lodging reservation within 14 days prior to or anytime during your stay, we can no longer provide any reimbursement.

Accommodation Guests: You MUST Call to Reserve All Spa Appointments. Spa Services are NOT Included with any accommodation.
